Angel’s Trumpet
#f6dd34
Brighter angelic yellow chartreuse for high-energy accents
About Angel’s Trumpet
Angel's Trumpet sits lighter than everything around it, it's the yellow that reads pale but not weak. Where Cheese It Up glows with intention and Banana Bombshell demands the room, this one has a different kind of presence: it's almost ethereal, the color of something you'd see backlit. The saturation is there, but it's softened by brightness, which means it lands differently on screen.
You'll find it working in interfaces where you need friendliness without aggression, education platforms, health apps, lighter-themed dashboards. It doesn't have the weight of Corn, so it won't anchor a layout the way heavier yellows do. It won't command attention like Banana Bombshell either. This is the yellow for secondary accents, gentle callouts, and backgrounds that need to feel warm without feeling heavy. Design systems reach for it when they want approachability in a whisper instead of a shout.
On light backgrounds it actually belongs, unlike Banana Bombshell or Cheese It Up, which need breathing room to not vibrate. Pair it with mid-tone grays or soft neutrals and it settles in naturally. It's the one you reach for when you've already decided warmth over coolness, but you're not ready to shout about it.
