Inferno Orange
#ff4400
Deeper orange-red for sharper heat emphasis
About Inferno Orange
I pulled this swatch up next to Coin Slot and Dynamite while grading a product shot, and Inferno Orange looks less like an instant shout and more like heat that's been turned up under glass. It's still unmistakably orange, but the undertone sits farther toward red than the "clean orange" feel of Coin Slot, without going as deep or smoky as Hotspot. The result is a shade that feels warmer and denser while staying readable, even when your background isn't cooperating.
I use it for food apps and e-commerce moments where the CTA needs energy but you don't want that sharper, slightly more forceful edge you get from Coin Slot. Think promo tiles, "add to cart" confirmations, and sale badges over lifestyle photography. It also holds up in checkout flows on mid-tone UI panels, where it can land with heat, not warning-sign intensity.
Quick note: on very pale neutrals it can skew a bit intense, so I'd anchor it with warmer grays or dark accents so it doesn't start looking too fiery by itself.
