Pink Elephants
#ff99ee
Soft rose pink with cotton-candy warmth
About Pink Elephants
Pink Elephants is the kind of light pink you see in a childhood party photo after the lights soften, not after they blaze. It reads gentle and friendly, with a creamy, warm undertone that keeps it from drifting violet like Diva Mecha, and from the neon-ish punch of Pinkalicious.
For UI, I use it when I want soft, friendly highlights that still feel present. Think wellness and kids' brand surfaces, onboarding "next" steps, and product detail badges where you want momentum without turning the whole layout into a loud accent. It also works well for media CTAs and music discovery chips when the design needs a clear, cheerful focus over off-whites. Compared with Party Pig, it's a touch more relaxed and less chilled, so it won't feel as airy or cottony.
Quirk: on very pale backgrounds it can blend in fast, so I'll usually pair it with a slightly deeper pink label fill or a crisp border to keep it legible in selected states.
