Nuclear Throne

Electric chartreuse green for high-contrast highlights
About Nuclear Throne
Nuclear Throne looks like a bright coolant leak caught mid-glow, then dialed just a touch toward calmer heat. It's more intense than Green Priestess, but it doesn't carry that yellow bite that makes Alarming Slime feel confrontational. Compared with Corrosive Green's clinical, cool neon snap, Nuclear Throne reads a little more alive and forward, with an undertone that feels electric without getting harsh.
I use it for in-game combat HUD moments, especially when the player needs a "danger but still readable" status without turning the UI into a warning-only wall. It also works well for manufacturing floor dashboards and operations tiles where you want "active" to feel urgent, not friendly. The shade holds its ground on dark interfaces while staying thicker than the brighter neighbors, so your icons and badges don't look thin.
Pair it with near-black, deep charcoal, or restrained lime-adjacent accents. If you drop it next to softer chartreuse, it can start stealing attention from the rest of the hierarchy.
