Alarming Slime
#2ce335
Steam-bright green with sickly, cool edge
About Alarming Slime
This one's aggressive in a way the others nearby aren't. Alarming Slime is brighter than Becquerel (which sits tired in the middle) and warmer than Cathode Green (which wants to feel like equipment). It's got yellow in it, but enough saturation that the yellow doesn't make it feel soft or natural, it makes it feel intentional, almost aggressive. The kind of green that announces itself without trying.
You'll land it in game UI, social notifications, and active state indicators where you want something that reads loud but not clinical. Active alerts on dark backgrounds, positive confirmations, level-up moments, anywhere the color itself is part of the message. Unlike Acid Green, which can turn sour when surrounded by warm tones, Alarming Slime stays direct. It's got enough body to hold its own.
Pair it tight though. On light backgrounds it gets harder to control, and next to muted greens it can feel overcooked. But on black or charcoal, with breathing room around it? It works exactly as hard as it looks.
