Plunge Pool

Deep cyan-teal plunge for high-contrast panels
About Plunge Pool
Plunge Pool reads like fresh pool water lit from above: a clear, medium-bright blue-green that stays saturated without turning pale or milky. Compared to Minty Paradise, it's less minty and more truly blue, with tighter, cooler undertones. Compared to Ice Ice Baby, it's not the frosted wash, and it won't mute into that light mint-blue haze. Compared to Master Sword Blue, it doesn't feel blade-sharp or intensely blue, more "deep water" than "hard highlight."
I use the one you reach for when you need a confident accent that still feels cool and relaxed, especially in health and wellness dashboards where you want calm signals, not alarm-state cold. It works well for KPIs, step progress indicators, and live-status chips in lifestyle ecommerce flows. It also holds up on outdoor app maps for pins and category tags because it stays legible over medium-contrast photography.
Pair it with slate, ink navy, or soft charcoal. On very icy backgrounds it can look slightly greener than you expect, so I sanity-check it next to any mint-leaning UI tints.
