Neon Blue

I keep thinking of Neon Blue as the cyan that shows up like a neon tube on a dark wall. Same family, but it doesn't float as light as Fish Boy and it doesn't soften out of existence the way Brain Freeze can. This one is bolder in saturation and holds its edge without turning clinical.

In real UI work, I reach for it when I want a high-energy signal that still feels controlled, like dashboards and finance apps that need urgent-but-legible accents. It's great for primary highlights, active states, focus rings, and selection strokes on dark surfaces in web and mobile products, plus motion graphics for health tech and SaaS. Compared to Aqua, it's more electric and less water-toned, so it reads clearer against layered gradients.

Quirk: on very deep blues it can look almost violet, so test it beside your nav and charts before you commit.
