Royal

Deeper royal blue undertone for decisive purple accents
About Royal
Royal looks like a deep royal-lilac ink that's been given just enough light to stay legible, not heavy. Compared to Space Dust, it doesn't float toward blue sheen or "controlled fill" softness. Compared to Dramatic Blue, it's less electric and less blue-leaning, so it feels more inherently purple than indigo. And next to Galactic Cruise, it holds its color with a slightly warmer cast and a firmer saturation, rather than drifting cooler and darker.
I usually use Royal in dashboards and finance apps when the primary button, focus ring, or key KPI needs authority without turning into that cooler, more angular indigo feel. It works well in telecom management portals for status emphasis, and in media products for stream controls and timeline selection where you want the highlight to read as purple first, not midnight blue.
Pair it with clean, neutral grays and fresh whites. If you drop it next to overly cool accents, it can start to look a touch muted, like it's losing its royal edge.
