Matt Blue

Muted medium blue for restrained, modern UI
About Matt Blue
Matt Blue looks like the blue you'd pick for the top bar of an industrial admin panel: not neon, not sky-sheer. It sits in the mid range of the family, with a flatter, matt finish feel that makes it read calmer than French Blue and less punchy than Brilliant Blue. Compared to Campanula's higher, brighter lift, this one holds its ground without getting airy.
I reach for the one you reach for when the UI needs a trustworthy anchor that still feels designed. It's great for dashboards and finance apps where accents, links, and primary actions shouldn't feel cold. Use it in healthcare software, internal tools, and analytics screens that have lots of grays and dense tables; it stays legible without demanding the extra contrast you'd lean on with darker blues.
One quirk: because it's slightly softened in temperature, it can look heavy next to very crisp whites. If that happens, brighten supporting grays or offset with a lighter blue secondary instead of chasing contrast with pure darks.
