Thyme and Place
#6f8770
Balanced green-gray with fresh, grounded softness
About Thyme and Place
I keep thinking of thyme tossed on a warm cutting board, that herbal green that feels lived-in instead of freshly mixed. Thyme and Place lands a step brighter than the mossy, restraint-heavy reads, but it doesn't go crisp. It's cleaner than Toad, with less of that damp, softer cloud, and it stays more distinctly green-first than the gray-leaning calm of Clouded Pine.
In UI terms, I reach for this when you want hierarchy that looks intentional, not smudged. It works well in dashboards and finance apps where you need a calm status color, and in compliance-heavy workflows like logistics ops, maintenance systems, and environmental media sidebars. Compared to Kashmir, it feels slightly lighter and a touch less gray-braced, so it holds together under UI lighting without turning flat or losing its "green" identity.
Quirk: it can look a bit dusty if you pair it with cool, blue-leaning grays. I usually balance it with warm off-whites or sand neutrals to keep that grounded, herbal warmth present.
