Jolly Jade: lighter, greener teal for calm blue UI

About Jolly Jade

I keep seeing Jolly Jade show up like fresh print ink on a rainy-day brochure. It's lighter than deeper teals, but it doesn't go chalky. Compared to , it holds more presence and stays clearly teal-leaning instead of quietly settling into cool blue-gray. It also reads steadier than , which feels more weathered and water-thin.

In practice, I reach for it when I need dashboards and fintech apps to feel friendly without turning into a high-energy cyan. Think card backgrounds, table row highlights, and selected-state pills in health platforms and monitoring screens, where you want the UI to feel current but not loud. It also works well as section fills for onboarding flows and empty states, especially when your blues elsewhere are more muted.

One quirk: on very light surfaces it can look a touch greener than you expect, so I usually pair it with cooler grays or navy type to keep the temperature anchored.
