Bevelled Glass

Beveled aqua mint for crisp, restrained blue panels
About Bevelled Glass
Bevelled Glass is what happens when you pull back on saturation just enough to let a blue actually settle into a room. It's softer than Cabbage's confident cyan, less insistent than Bambino's brightness, but it doesn't retreat into gray the way Cerulean Skies can on a cool display. There's still real color here, it's just quieter, more grounded.
Use it for secondary surfaces in design systems, fintech dashboards, and health apps where you need something that feels considered without commanding attention. Card backgrounds, dividers, subtle hover states, section fills. It won't compete with text or data the way higher-saturation teals do, and it reads consistently across displays without that monitor-dependent color shift that catches you in QA. The blue undertone keeps it from drifting toward green like Cabbage, but it's still cool enough that it pairs with warm grays without flattening.
Test it early against your actual type weight and background colors. On darker surfaces it holds better than the lighter cyans do, and with dark charcoal or navy text it stays readable without needing perfect contrast to make the point.
