Cyantific
#77c9c2
Cyan-leaning teal for crisp, modern data headers
About Cyantific
Cyantific is what you get when cyan actually wants to sit on a surface instead of just passing through. It's got more saturation than Hidden Sea Glass or Bevelled Glass, enough that it reads as a real color, not a whisper, but it stays cooler and more composed than Cockatoo's warmer lean. You're looking at something genuinely saturated but not aggressive, the kind of color that works harder than it looks.
Reach for it in fintech interfaces, health dashboards, and product design systems where secondary elements need to feel intentional. Active states on buttons, selected cards, subtle accent layers, section highlights. It won't fade into the background the way desaturated teals do, and it won't throw off your whole color temperature the way purer cyans can. The saturation keeps it from drifting gray on cooler displays, so it holds consistent across monitors without that middle-of-QA surprise.
Pair it with dark charcoal text and it stays sharp. Test early on your actual backgrounds though, it's specific enough that a monitor shift will nudge where it lands, and on very light surfaces it can read thinner than you'd expect.
