Wild West
#7e5c52
Dusted, dusty-terracotta orange-brown for rugged depth
About Wild West
Wild West is the label ink you'd miss if it were gone: a dusty orange-brown that reads like sun-baked leather, not cocoa. Compared to Chocolate Bliss, it doesn't sink into brown so quickly. It keeps more orange identity, but without Chutney's burnt edge. And next to Acorn, it feels calmer and slightly more muted, less "color" and more weathered tone.
I reach for this in heritage food and craft beverage packaging where the brand wants warmth that feels handled, not sugary. It also plays nicely in UI: think price badges, tag chips, and section headers on light backgrounds where Root Beer might feel heavier and more roast-forward. Use it as a secondary accent on editorial callouts and product detail pages, especially in layouts that already lean earthy.
Quirk: it can look more pinkish in very cool lighting, so proof it against your grays before you commit.
