About Lime It or Leave It
On my monitor, Lime It or Leave It lands like a fresh lime peel, but it doesn't go neon. It's lighter than Lost Golfer and less earthy than Asparagus, with a smoother, slightly yellow-leaning green that keeps it from feeling grassy or shadowy.
Compared to Arugula, it holds onto more saturation and reads more "lime" than "leaf," so it stays crisp in status moments instead of getting a little airy. I reach for it in sustainability dashboards and environmental ops UIs where you want a clear positive state without turning into a warning yellow. It also works well for media players and sports analytics controls where the UI needs to feel awake, not heavy.
One quirk: on very cool grays it can look briefly jaundiced, so I like it paired with warm sand tones or light wood textures to keep the undertone honest.
