Hamtaro Brown

I see Hamtaro Brown as the middle step between toast and cocoa powder: it's warm and earthy, but it doesn't blur into the softer gold of Butterbeer or the heavier, more forceful saturation of Caramel. Compared to Cookie Dough, it feels a touch lighter and less dense, like roasted grain that still has a little breathing room.

Use it when you want warm presence in food and beverage packaging where the background needs to feel cozy without going muddy. In UI, it shows up nicely in e-commerce card containers, hospitality confirmation screens, and button states that need to read approachable but grounded. It also plays well in settings for brand stories and menus where cream or warm white keeps the tone friendly while the brown keeps the layout from floating.

One quirk: because the undertone leans slightly golden, it can tip orange next to very cool grays. I like it best against warm neutrals so it reads like the one you reach for when you're balancing friendliness with actual weight.
