Celery

Celery sits where yellow-green stops apologizing. It's got enough warmth to feel alive without the neon edge, less brash than Cheerly Kiwi, less earthy than Buried Gold, and cleaner than Alligator Alley's sun-touched sprawl. This one's muted but not dull, the kind of shade that reads as intentional because it actually is.

You'll land it on agricultural apps, wellness platforms, and nature-focused UIs where green needs to feel calm instead of clinical. It works as a secondary accent, a large background wash, or a gentle navigation element. Against warm neutrals and off-whites it feels natural; against cool grays it stays present without that retreating move some softer greens make.

The thing: it's less saturated than Alligator Alley but warmer in temperature, which means it doesn't demand breathing room the way brighter yellows do. Pair it with wood tones, pale linens, or muted stone and it settles immediately. On very cool or very saturated backgrounds though, test it first, it can flatten if there's nothing warm nearby to hold it.
