Pomegranate

I picture Pomegranate as the moment a red-orange stain dries down on a thumbprint. It's not as deep and winey as Dragon's Blood, and it doesn't carry Cherry Bomb's heavier, grim confidence. This shade is slightly softer at the edges, with a steadier, fruit-ripe warmth that reads darker than true orange but less brooding than its neighbors.

For UI work, it's the one you reach for when you want emphasis that feels human and grounded, not alarm-first. I use it in dashboards and finance apps for status pills like "at risk" or "pending review," plus e-commerce flows where you need a decisive push without screaming. It also shows up well in food brands and wellness platforms for batch or label callouts where the palette is muted.

Pair it with cocoa brown, warm taupe, or deep charcoal so the undertone stays cohesive. Against bright reds, it can look a little restrained, so keep it as the anchor accent, not the second warning color.
