Lucius Lilac
#baa2ce
Slightly warmer lilac with grounded midlight neutrality
About Lucius Lilac
Lucius Lilac reminds me of the moment a purple marker goes translucent over light paper, not the thick ink look of Imperial Lilac. It sits in that lilac lane without leaning mauve, and it feels a touch more settled and polished than Enchanted Lavender.
Compared with Pastel Lilac, it holds onto more presence, less "airbrush" softness, so it reads as purple first, not just pale violet. I use it for on-product UI where you need a confident highlight, like checkout and subscriptions surfaces, account panels, and settings headers in consumer apps. It's also great for wellness and e-commerce card overlays when you want light purple accents that stay crisp over photos instead of fading into them.
One quirk: next to grayish neutrals it can go slightly cooler, so I keep it with clean whites or soft, true neutral creams to avoid the lavender drifting feeling.
