Pale green-beige for airy UI blocks, softer
About Pony
I keep Pony up my sleeve for the moments when a green UI needs a tan that doesn't look like someone accidentally added "sand." It reads as a light, muted gold-leaning shade with a soft warmth, but it's not as airy as Croissant and it doesn't hold as much badge-like bite as Medallion. Compared with Gold Rush, it's less nuggety and less saturated, so it won't fight the layout for attention.
This is the kind of color that works as a calm surface tint for cards, section panels, and status backgrounds in green-heavy dashboards. I use it in logistics portals, media CMS templates, and fintech reporting views where you want highlights to feel friendly and readable without turning into a bright accent. Pair it with deep charcoal type and off-whites so the tan stays grounded. Dashboards and finance apps tend to look cleaner when the warmth is controlled like this.
Quirk: if you combine it with very cool grays, the gold undertone can look a touch flatter, so nudge shadows slightly warmer.
