Semolina
#c7ab8b
Bright semolina beige with gentler warmth and lift
About Semolina
I keep noticing Semolina on packaging mockups and it reads like pale cooked grain dust, not coffee foam. Compared to Latte, it's got more body and less "quiet creamy" pull, and compared to 3AM Latte it's brighter and less earthy, with no real tan depth. It sits lighter overall, and the undertone feels more dry and cereal-forward than golden or caramel.
In hospitality design, I use it behind menus and receipt screens when I want warmth that doesn't get muddy under night lighting. For e-commerce product pages, it's a steady background for texture shots and lighter metals, especially where Latte can look a touch too soft. In interior apps and tenant-style dashboards, it gives sections structure without sliding toward the richer personality you'd see in Coffee Diva. This is the one you reach for when quiet warmth needs to stay clean.
One note: under very warm lamps it can pick up a slightly more honeyed cast than in daylight, so I'll pair it with cooler grays or muted sage instead of deeper caramel browns.
