Darker pomegranate orange-red for grounded emphasis
About Pleasant Pomegranate
Pleasant Pomegranate is the orange-red you notice on a fresh label under bright retail lighting. It's noticeably deeper and redder than Lucky Lobster, but cleaner and more intentional than Hot Lips, which reads a bit "lip-first" in comparison. Compared to Persian Red, it holds more orange warmth and doesn't flatten into that steadier, red-heavy tone.
I use it when I want the one you reach for when the UI needs to feel urgent without drifting into wine-dark severity. Think ecommerce checkout highlights, payment confirmations, and status pills in logistics trackers where the "go" state should pop fast but still feel food and brand friendly. I've also dropped it into dashboards and finance apps for "retry," "completed," and progress emphasis on dark or warm gray surfaces, especially when other reds would start fighting nearby brand hues.
Quirk: on very cool backgrounds it can read more red than orange, so I like pairing it with off-white or tan neutrals to keep the temperature where you intended.
