Red-Handed

Crisp orange-red for high-contrast warning accents
About Red-Handed
I keep a mental sticky note for Red-Handed the moment it flashes on a red label against white. It reads more orange-leaning and slightly brighter than the deeper, wound-like reds in this family, but it never turns into the softer fruit warmth of Lollipop. Compared to Chicken Comb, it has less "straight heat" and a bit more control, like the same message delivered with a steadier hand. And versus Incubation Red, it's fresher and more assertive, not muted or already-worn.
This is the red I reach for when you need urgency that feels current, not medical or overly aggressive. Think restaurant ordering flows, checkout highlights, and entertainment platform CTAs where the button needs to pop without looking like a siren. It also works well for promo chips and status dots on commerce dashboards, especially when you want the emphasis to feel warm and immediate rather than cautious.
Pair it with clean neutrals and dark charcoal for crisp edges. Next to highly saturated pure reds, it can look a touch friendlier, so pick the neighbor intentionally.
