About Cheese Wiz
Cheese Wiz is the one that lands somewhere Cookie Crust and Caramel Essence are still negotiating. It's got more yellow push than either of them, but it doesn't slide all the way to Cheesy Cheetah's brightness, there's still actual warmth underneath, not just lightness. It feels intentional without feeling showy.
You'll use it on product cards, editorial headers, and dashboard callouts where you need something that reads as gold but doesn't demand to own the space. It pairs well with deep charcoals, warm grays, and even some cooler neutrals without flattening. Unlike Cookie Crust, which retreats into itself, this one has enough saturation to hold its own on complex backgrounds. Unlike Caramel Essence, it won't shift cooler on warm grounds, it stays itself.
The quirk: it sits in that brightness sweet spot where it works equally well on light and dark backgrounds, so you've got real flexibility. Just avoid pairing it with anything too saturated and warm, or it'll blur into the noise. On clean grounds with strong contrast, it settles immediately.
