Heather Berry
#e75480
Berry-red depth for punchy, soft-focus UI
About Heather Berry
Heather Berry looks like a berry-tinted red you'd spill on a matte screen, not glossy lipstick. It lands in the mid-range for the Red family: more lifted than Hindu Lotus, but it keeps a firmer, more defined red core instead of going blushy like Blush d'Amour. Versus Cherry Static, it's clearly lighter and less wine-cool, so it feels less "restrained" and more forward without turning orange.
I use it as the one you reach for when you want urgency that reads friendly at a glance, especially for dashboards and finance apps where the UI needs contrast against dense data. In retail and ecommerce ops, it's great for flagged orders, payment holds, and review queues. I also like it on streaming media controls and production labels when you need a loud-ish state color that won't feel as sharp as deeper reds.
Quirk: on very warm backgrounds it can skew slightly more magenta, so I usually pair it with clean cool grays or neutral whites to keep the red from drifting.
