Hyper Pink
#ec006c
Lighter electric rose for high-contrast, soft emphasis
About Hyper Pink
Hyper Pink reads like a bright hot-coral candy slapped over a red UI chip, but with a cooler, cleaner undertone than Jelly Berry and less magenta drift than Borderline Pink. It's not the fuchsia flare of Fatty Fuchsia either. Instead it stays closer to red's center while still feeling noticeably lighter, so it pops without taking over the screen.
I use it for product alerts, notification badges, and health interface warnings when the message needs to feel immediate, yet controlled. Think patient portal status badges, lab result "attention" markers, and fintech notifications that compete with lots of gray density. It's the one you reach for when you want the eye-grab of pink-red, but you don't want the ambiguity or cool lean that Borderline Pink can bring next to grays.
Pair it with charcoal text or deeper neutrals. On warm creams it can shift more pink than you expect, so sanity-check any off-white surfaces early.
