Oh My Gold
#eebb55
Lighter, more neutral golden-green for soft charts
About Oh My Gold
Oh My Gold has that "old coin in sunlight" look, but it's not deep like the richer golds nearby. It sits on the brighter side of the range, with a clean yellow core and a soft, slightly buttery warmth, not a honeyed orange or a pale, green-tinged glint.
Compared to Honey Crisp, it feels less airy and less green-fresh. Compared to Flaming June, it's more straight-gold and less buttery peach. And next to Fizzy Peach, it reads more grounded and less apricot-forward, closer to a warm yellow highlight than a fruit punch. I reach for it in dashboards and finance apps when you need a status cue that looks confident but still UI-friendly, like table emphasis, account summary callouts, and small inline highlights. It also works well for settings toggles and export confirmations in SaaS flows where you want warmth without tipping into amber alertness.
Quirk: because it's saturated enough to pull attention, use it sparingly against very pale creams or it can start to feel louder than you intended. Pairing it with olive, deep green, or cool gray keeps it feeling precise.
