Honeyed Glow
#efc488
Lighter honeyed beige-green, calmer than caramel mousse
About Honeyed Glow
Honeyed Glow is the kind of light green you notice in a bakery window: more amber in the feel than the usual breakfast creams, but not as deep or brown as caramel-toned neighbors. It's lighter and more neutral than Golden Talisman, and it doesn't lean as creamy-beige as Hummus. Compared with Butterscotch Cake, it reads greener and gentler, not aggressively golden.
In UI, I use it for warm, readable surfaces where you still want a green family undertone under the light. Think product dashboards for consumer brands, recipe and wellness editorial layouts, and card backgrounds behind imagery that's golden or tan. It's the one you reach for when you need separation that doesn't turn into pure beige, and it holds better than pale off-whites when typography sits next to charts.
Pair it with deeper olive or charcoal and you'll see the difference fast. If you drop it next to cool greys, it can skew slightly more honeyed than expected, so test before you commit.
