Hanami Pink

Soft mauve-pink midlight fill for balanced cards
About Hanami Pink
I keep Hanami Pink for the moments when "blush" needs to feel airy but not washed out. Compared with Candy Floss, it's lighter and more breathable, less syrupy and less "sweet candy" in the finish. Compared with Fresh Gum, it's not as bright or forward, more clouded with a gentle softness. And next to Candy Dreams, it doesn't glow as hard. It reads quieter, more refined, like pink filtered through thin daylight rather than sitting under a spotlight.
In UI, that translates to light, friendly states that still look considered. I use it for confirmations, inline system hints, and small emphasis accents in wellness and lifestyle apps, plus product cards and promo tiles where you want warmth without the punchy energy of Bubblegum Crisis. It also plays nicely in fashion and beauty layouts over near-whites, where the tone stays flattering instead of turning dusty.
One quirk: because it's a soft pink with a cool-leaning mood, it can look slightly shy beside very warm creams, so I usually balance it with cooler neutrals or crisp whites.
