Granola
#f5ce9f
Muted golden beige that grounds warm palettes
About Granola
Granola looks like a toasted strand of honeyed bread crust under soft light. It's warm and creamy, but it reads more light and clay-warm than the sweeter, cleaner glow of Apricot Sherbet. Compared with Chai Latte, it has less "steeped" depth and more sheer brightness, not muted brown. And unlike Buttery, it's not as saturated or golden, more gentle and beige-forward.
I reach for Granola in food packaging, recipe and grocery app cards, and hospitality UI where you want comfort without pushing the color into fruit or butter territory. It also plays well in wellness and beauty interfaces when the photography is neutral and you need a base shade that still feels intentional. Pair it with darker coffee browns or soft charcoal text so it stays readable and grounded.
On dim screens it can flatten a touch, so test it next to both warmer neutrals and cooler grays before you lock the palette.
