Salmon Nigiri
#f9906f
Softer, peach-leaning salmon-orange for calm UI accents
About Salmon Nigiri
Salmon Nigiri looks like a fresh slice of orange-pink sashimi on a bright plate. It's lighter than Coralistic, but it never gets Parma Ham's dusty, cream-soft finish. The undertone is pinkier than the neighborhood oranges, yet it stays more peach-salmon than coral-red.
In UI, this is the warmth I use when you want food-adjacent comfort without drifting into "lip color" orange. It shows up well in restaurant ordering and grocery apps, subscription confirmation states, and category headers where you need a friendly highlight that still reads clean against neutrals. Compared directly to Kissable, Salmon Nigiri feels less purely orange and a touch more airy, with lower punch than Kissable's brighter saturation.
Pair it with warm whites, light oat creams, or soft charcoals. If you put it next to Coralistic, you'll notice Salmon Nigiri pulls slightly toward pink-salmon, while Coralistic holds more coral and sits steadier with cooler grays.
