Yellowish

Very pale, lemon-yellow chartreuse for calm UI
About Yellowish
I keep seeing Yellowish show up as that just-tinted glare on printed labels when the lighting is a little green. It's not the heavier, more substantial yellow weight of Corn, and it doesn't go as milky toward the edge like Dolly. This one feels lighter and more buttery, with a touch of green-leaning undertone that keeps it from reading fully banana or golden.
It works as a background wash for product interfaces where you want "clean and friendly" without stepping into high-saturation territory. I reach for it in grocery and food delivery screens for category headers, soft panel fills, and progress step shading. It's also handy for onboarding surfaces and empty-state illustrations in retail and logistics apps, where you want calm hierarchy rather than alert energy.
One quirk: because it's so close to pale near-yellows, it can blur into Maizena if you don't hold contrast on borders. Pair it with a slightly deeper green edge or a warmer off-white margin so the tint stays intentional.
