Pink Poison
#ff007e
Fuchsia-leaning hot pink with deeper saturation
About Pink Poison
Pink Poison is the hot-pink you notice on a product page thumbnail before you even read the headline. It's closer to red than Neon Rose, but unlike Berry Blast it doesn't go full fuchsia edge. Compared to Guns N' Roses, it feels lifted and a bit cleaner, like someone dialed the saturation up while keeping the undertone steady.
I use it for high-salience prompts where you want the urgency of a red, not the magenta slide of its neighbors. It's great in mobile checkout buttons, health app confirmations, and retail promos where status chips need to stay readable over dark UI. In motion design, this shade holds its identity through quick fades and micro-interactions, so interactive features don't look muddy when they scale down.
Pair it with cool neutrals for the cleanest read. On warm cream backgrounds it can drift toward fuchsia, so test it early if the page already has a lot of beige.
