Berry Blast
#ff017f
Fuchsia-leaning magenta-red for crisp midtone highlights
About Berry Blast
Berry Blast sits right at the edge where red becomes pink, and it's more saturated than Big Bang Pink without the blue undertone that keeps that one cool. It's hot, hotter than Burning Raspberry, actually, but it doesn't warm up toward orange the way Chinese New Year does. This is the magenta-red, the one that leans toward fuchsia without apologizing for it.
Use it when you need that pull of attention but you're working in a cooler color environment, tech products, health apps, motion design and interactive features where the movement itself needs color that stays sharp and doesn't muddy. It scales down better than you'd expect for a color this saturated. Icon overlays, small status badges, animated transitions where you want it to read as urgent and a little modern without feeling retro.
Against cool grays it'll stay true. Against warm backgrounds it shifts toward pure magenta, which isn't always a problem, sometimes that's exactly what you want. Test it early if you're sitting it next to anything beige or warm. The saturation is doing the work here, not a temperature trick. It's direct in a different way than the others.
