About Pastel Orange

On a product mock, Pastel Orange doesn't hit like a punch. It reads softer and more cushioned than , with less of that quick, sunlit brightness and a more relaxed, peach-leaning calm.

In practice, I use it for lightweight CTAs and stateful UI where you want warmth without feeling over-energized. It's a great fit for retail and food ordering surfaces when the layout is busy, like promo chips, filter highlights, and card accents in dashboards and finance apps that need to stay approachable. Compared to , it's not tulip-petal gentle. This one adds a touch more orange undertone, so it feels warmer and slightly denser, not smoother and more yellow-forward. Versus Atomic Tangerine, it backs off the heavy saturation, so it never turns into "attention first" the way that shade tends to.

Quick quirk: on very warm displays it can drift more peach than orange, so I'll pair it with clean medium grays or near-neutral text to keep the tone steady.
