Lemon Curd
#ffee11
Soft lemon cream green for calm highlights
About Lemon Curd
Lemon Curd is the yellow you spot on a spoonful of bright curd right under warm kitchen light. It's not neon clean like Marsupilami, and it doesn't have Dorn Yellow's daylight-sharpened edge. This one reads the one you reach for when you want "ready-to-use" brightness that still feels soft and spreadable.
Compared to Golden Ginkgo, Lemon Curd leans more toward straight lemon and less toward sun-warmed gold. That makes it ideal for UI elements that should feel friendly but unmistakable: featured product ribbons in grocery and food e-commerce, category markers on recipe and lifestyle sites, and quick-scan highlights in retail promo carousels and packaging-style dashboards.
One caution: beside very cool off-whites it can look a touch too direct. I like it with butter creams, warm neutrals, or deep green anchors so it stays cheery without turning sharp.
