Banana Bombshell

About Banana Bombshell
This one's a pure yellow, saturated enough to feel intentional, light enough that it doesn't sink into the screen. Unlike Corn, which has real weight and lands solid, Banana Bombshell is almost entirely saturation playing against brightness. It reads loud without being heavy, which is a different problem to solve.
You'll hit it in product highlights, call-to-action buttons, and accent elements where you need something to pop but still feel approachable. Fintech apps use it for positive confirmations. Food delivery platforms layer it into featured deals. It works better than Buttercup Glow on dark backgrounds because it has the saturation to hold its own, and it's warmer and more aggressive than Crash Dummy by design. This is the one I reach for when a color needs to actually demand attention.
Pair it with deep grays or near-black and it sings. On white it needs a touch of breathing room, a border, some padding, or it vibrates slightly. It's not apologetic like Crash Dummy, so treat it accordingly.
