Xanthic

Lemon-lime chartreuse for crisp, airy highlights
About Xanthic
Next to Dandelion and Pika Yellow on my screen, Xanthic reads like the sweet spot where yellow finally leans green without turning sickly. It's brighter than most highlighter yellows, but it doesn't feel as sun-baked or sticky as Eternal Summer. Compared with both, the undertone is cleaner and greener, not just more intense or more honeyed.
In UI, this shade is the the one you reach for when you want a high-visibility accent that still looks fresh, not fruit-bowlish or burnt. I use it for category pills and promo badges in retail and food delivery, and for attention states in learning platforms where you want "next up" to feel upbeat. It also works well in fintech onboarding steps and featured module headers because the green-leaning midtone stays readable next to deep charcoal.
Pair it with off-white, olive, or cocoa charcoal, and keep it away from overly cool blues, which can drag the yellow-green toward a washed, muddy look.
