Pac-Man
#ffe737
Sunlit, slightly warm chartreuse for playful highlights
About Pac-Man
A Pac-Man shade always reads like a clean arcade glow: bright, friendly, and slightly punchier than banana yellows, but not as honey-gold as Hollandaise. Compared to those, it sits more on the sunny, toy-bright side and less on the buttery side. And unlike Eternal Summer, it doesn't lean as lemon-green, so it feels more "straight yellow" even though it's still in the Green family.
Use it where you need the highlight to feel playful without turning into a loud warning. I like it for game UI, streaming snack promos, and food delivery offer tiles where the goal is a quick yes. It also works in dashboards and finance apps for status chips, "now playing" badges, and CTA accents that should look fun but stay legible. It's the kind of the one you reach for when you want attention that lands fast, not heavy.
Pair with deep greens or charcoal for contrast. On very white surfaces, give it a slightly darker border so it doesn't flatten into the background.
