About Sun City
I'm always surprised by how Sun City reads when you drop it into a layout preview. It's that pale, sunlit near-white that feels warmer than pure white, but it doesn't go creamy like Parmesan. Against Lit, it has a softer yellow cast that stays more "daylight" than "clean paper," and compared to Good Morning it's a touch more present, not quite so subtle.
Use it when you want dashboards and admin screens to feel bright without turning cool and disciplined. I've used Sun City behind forms, tables, and HR workflow screens in SaaS where you need a calm surface, plus in retail ops portals and subscription billing pages where the UI needs to look gently lit even on long sessions. It also works well for marketing product grids where the photography looks better when the page background has a mild honey tone.
Quirk: keep borders and labels neutral-gray, not icy. If you lean too cool, Sun City's warmth will feel like it's pushing against the rest of the stack.
