Starlit Night
#3b476b
Cool midnight violet for crisp, deep UI blocks
About Starlit Night
Starlit Night looks like a late-evening deep purple that kept its clarity. It's not as subdued as Forlorn Cruise, and it doesn't sink into the heavier, muted richness of Bonne Nuit. Compared to Genie, it's less icy and less "spotlight crisp," more steady and slightly softer around the edges.
I use it for the middle step in a UI hierarchy: links that need to feel related, not primary, and highlights that shouldn't feel navy. It shows up well in dashboards and finance apps for chart series, status chips, and subtle CTA outlines, especially in fintech and healthcare admin where screens get visually busy fast. This shade also holds up nicely for icon accents and secondary buttons on darker themes without turning gray.
One quirk: because the undertone leans a touch warmer than those cooler purples, it pairs best with cool neutrals and clean whites. Warm grays can drag it toward dull plum.
