Wizard

Clear violet with cooler, airy focus for UI
About Wizard
Wizard reads like a mid-depth purple that's been cleaned up for UI. Less gray haze than Dusk, and less steel-tinted and lighter than Sailor. Compared to Piccadilly Purple, it's not as lavender-soft; it holds a firmer body and a slightly cooler, more confident undertone.
I use Wizard for creator dashboards and music app surfaces when the accent needs to look intentional, not dusk-muted. Think focus rings, active states, and timeline or queue markers where you want purple to stay legible against dark rails without leaning into the sharper ink feel of deeper indigos. It also lands well on editorial sidebars and settings panels that sit close to whites, because the shade stays crisp instead of getting washed out.
Quirk: on very bright backgrounds it can feel a bit more assertive than Piccadilly Purple, so I'll often temper it with a quieter violet-neutral or a cleaner indigo for hierarchy. the one you reach for when you want a steady purple with dashboard-friendly clarity and cooler confidence.
