Grilled

Smoky toasted brown-yellow for restrained, layered warmth
About Grilled
On my screen, Grilled reads like toast that stayed on just long enough: a medium, slightly deep brown with a warm yellow cast instead of the red-brown pull you get from Irish Coffee. Compared to Buckeye, it's less gray and more "cooked" in its tone, and compared to Black Power it's lighter and doesn't feel as closed-off or heavyweight.
In practice, I use Grilled when I need a warm base for branding for roasted goods and craft food without tipping into coppery brown. It's great for category labels, section headers, and data cards where you want structure but not harsh contrast, and it holds up well behind quiet photography and creamy neutrals in e-commerce and editorial layouts. If you're building UI states, it's the shade that feels grippy but not severe.
Quick note: because of the yellow-warm undertone, it can look a little "sun-baked" next to cool grays. Pair it with warmer creams or earthy olives so it stays coherent.
