About Treasure Chest
Treasure Chest reads like a sealed wooden drawer that's been handled a lot: brown-forward, but not heavy, and not dusty the way Lizard gets. It's also less deep and less jacket-pocket-dense than Heavy Brown. Compared to Ochicha Latte, it has more weight and a calmer, chest-toned undertone, so it feels more grounded than creamy.
In UI, this is the green-family shade I use when I want warmth to show up without turning the background muddy. It works especially well for packaging and label systems for bath, pantry, and workshop brands where the product needs to feel "stored" and steady. I also like it for commerce and editorial side panels, where it supports dense copy and metadata without fighting the page.
Pair it with cream, olive-ink, or rich near-black so the brown stays clean. If you put it next to very yellow whites, it can start to feel flatter than you expect.
