About Wine and Unwind

Wine and Unwind reads like a softened wine tint with an orange family pulse. It's not the classroom-poster warmth of , and it doesn't have 's grounded, copper hardware hush. This one sits closer to a burgundy-red drink spill that's been slightly opened up, so it feels more burgundy-leaning and less kitchen-spice or cash-drawer earthy.

In UI, I use it when I want the alert tone of orange without the bright snap of . It's great for product UI where you need seriousness in the midtones, like retail price exceptions, order-status chips, and banner highlights in CPG and spirits brands. I'll also drop it into dashboards and finance apps as the "we mean it" accent, since it stays winey instead of sliding all the way into the heavier, dense behavior of .

Quick pairing note: next to cream or soft greige it feels cozy and controlled. Next to charcoal it can look a touch more red than you expect, so I usually give it cleaner neighbors.
