Balanced yellow-green midtone for charts and UI
About Ultra Green
Ultra Green looks like fresh painted steel that's picked up a little moisture from the outdoors. It's lighter than Grinch Green, but it doesn't go the leaf-shade route of Frog on a Log. Compared to Makin It Rain, the feel is more tightly green and less "wet growth" cool. On my screen it lands medium-light with higher clarity, so labels stay crisp even when the background is busy.
I use it for dashboards and operations maps when you want "green status" to read as active without drifting into the yellower cheer of the neighbors. It's especially good in logistics, fleet and asset tracking, field service tablets, and inventory workflow tiles where you're marking ready, validated, or in motion. It also works well for manufacturing quality check badges and progress rings because it holds its tone next to cool grays and off-whites.
If you pair it with warm creams or honeyed yellows, it can look slightly too clean and less natural, so I usually lean cooler or more neutral in those UI chrome choices.
