Grinch Green
#93b83d
Cooler, deeper chart green for crisp accents
About Grinch Green
Grinch Green sits on my screen like a glossy, forest-leaning green that's had the sharp edges sanded down. It's noticeably deeper and more olive-forward than Frog on a Log and Funky Frog, with less "leaf" brightness and more grounded body. Compared to Citrus, it loses that yellow lift and reads steadier, almost more grown-in than fresh-cut.
I use it when the UI needs a green that feels alert but not jumpy. It shows up well in field operations, warehouse status boards, and maintenance scheduling views where you want something that reads as "in progress" without flirting with the yellower neighbors. It's also a solid choice for admin panels in logistics and health-adjacent portals, plus "completed/verified" tags in workflow systems that should feel confident, not playful. This is the one you reach for when Funky Frog feels too lively and Citrus feels too optimistic.
One quirk: it can look heavier next to very warm materials. Cool grays and off-whites keep it from turning swampy, and it holds better on light backgrounds than next to rich browns.
