Lusty Lavender

Lusty Lavender looks like purple that's been softened by light, not dulled by dust. Compared to Amethyst's more even, "actually purple" punch, this one reads lighter and gentler, with a sweeter, slightly pink-leaning undertone. And unlike Crown Jewels, it doesn't flare warm and showy. It stays cool enough to feel composed, closer to a creamy lavender haze than a jewel tone.

I use it when the design needs purple presence without the weight of deeper family members like Lavish Spending. It's great for marketing landing pages, streaming and gaming UI panels, and onboarding flows where accents need to feel playful but still intentional. In dashboards and finance apps, it works as a highlight color that doesn't look like it's borrowing warmth from the palette. The one you reach for when you want soft focus purple over darker surfaces.

Pair it with crisp charcoal text and cool off-whites for contrast. If you drop it next to richer violets, it can look a touch washed, so give it breathing room.
