Venus Violet

I picture Venus Violet as the purple you get when a projector is a bit too dialed toward violet, not blue, and the room still feels slightly dim. It lands on the lighter side of the family, with a clean, soft undertone that stays neither dusty like the more muted options nor deep and velvet-dark like Lavish Spending.

Compared with Flood, it's more lifted and less rain-washed, so it reads brighter and smoother instead of cool and weighty. It also avoids the faint pinky sweetness of Lusty Lavender, coming off steadier and more violet-forward. I use it for dashboards and finance apps where you need a secondary highlight that feels polished without stealing attention like a warmer jewel tone might. It's also great in streaming and gaming UI for the one you reach for when you want clear focus in panels, chips, and progress states, especially against near-neutral grays.

Quick pairing note: it likes crisp charcoal text and neutral off-whites; next to richer violets it can get a little quieter, so give it contrast space.
