Demonic Kiss
#d02b48
Warmer mid orange-red for urgent emphasis blocks
About Demonic Kiss
I keep noticing Demonic Kiss the moment it hits a UI mockup: it reads like a red-laced punch of orange, not the middle-of-the-road kind. Compared to Bento Box, it's a touch brighter and more aggressively saturated, so it grabs attention faster instead of sitting politely. And against Cosmic Red, it doesn't go cool or lean, it stays warmer with a deeper, more physical red undertone.
In practice, it's my go-to accent for dashboards for commerce and delivery, recipe and menu cards where you need a "you mean it" CTA, and media graphics that need urgency without feeling like an error state. It also works well for progress markers and featured items on dark themes, where its warmth doesn't flatten like the more muted reds.
One quirk: paired with soft beige or cream it feels bold but still controlled; paired with harsh neon oranges it can look slightly theatrical, so I'd give it calmer neutrals and let it lead.
